Pastor Wilkins tells us, "Wisdom in the book of Proverbs is never confined to mere knowledge or insight. It is always knowledge which transforms, understanding which leads to faithfulness. Wisdom is demonstrated not by astounding insight but by humble submission to God, faithful obedience, sacrificial service and sincere compassion. Wisdom makes you like God and that is Solomon's concern for his son."
